SINNOVA, the vegetable seed company of Vibha Seeds Group has a multi-disciplinary crop improvement program to develop superior hybrids of 18 vegetables with enhanced nutritional values to meet the requirements of farmers, agro-industries and consumers. R&D focuses on genetic enhancement to develop trait-specific genetic materials and unique recombinants using a large array of germplasm accessions aided by biotechnological tools.

VSG has developed infrastructure such as modern containment facilities for introgression programmer, and net-houses for protected cultivation. It is supported by seven out-location R&D centers and 14 multi-locational testing centers across India, for testing adaptability, stability, suitability and specific resistances.
